We are a collective of internationally working artists . Our work travels quite a bit – and so do our artists. We hope that all planes fly as announced and all carriers work as planned!
We are very happy to welcome you to the spacious and bright Gallery Art Club in Fuengirola! The gallery belongs to the Svenska Magasinet. It is situated in a small street parallel to the sea.
There are regular opening times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11h -14h as well as Tuesday and Thursday from 18h – to 20h. But we are planning to invite private groups outside this time schedule.
It will be our pleasure to guide you through the exhibition with your small private group so you can chat with an artist personally. You will feel at ease and enjoy the personal atmosphere. The Costa del Arte Collective is quite excited. We are going to have an exhibition in Almuñécar in May – in the Espacio Creativo of Annabel Keatley. The exhibition will be opened on the 3rd of May at 7 pm and can be visited until the 24th of May. Ten international and local artists will show their works, which were specially made for this exicting exhibition. The Minis will be not extend the size of 25×30 cm and you will see 70 mini cuadros in the very cosy space of Espacio Creativo! You are very welcome to join us for the inauguration and every other day! The exhibition will be open Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm.
We are pretty sure, that it will be a wonderful exhibition.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a series of exclusive workshops held by Annabel Keatley, limited to only three participants for each workshop!
Take your chance to participate in a series of creative workshops. The workshops will be held in the mornings, from 10-12.30 pm with refreshments included.
The classes are designed to combine and connect with each other, with a focus on enjoying the process of making work and learning new techniques. The workshops are as much for beginners as for experienced artists.

Great events are lying ahead! Two interesting exhibitions in the east of Málaga promise to be very interesting art events.
Four of our members will present their works in the great event of the Art Walk Cómpeta , which will takes place the 20th, 21st and 23rd, 24th of April. Anouk Slegers, Gerrit Oppelland-Hampel, Lieuwke Loth and Sally Hirst will be present in different venues of the Art Walk, while Annabel Keatley is preparing the new exhibition “Mini Cuadros2”.
You will find Anouk Slegers and her art in venue 1, Gerrit Oppelland-Hampel in venue 5, Sally Hirst in venue 10 and 14 and Lieuwke Loth in Galeria Luz de la Vida, venue 12. We will be happy to welcome you!
With the exhibition “Mini Cuadros2” Annabel Keatley, owner of the gallery, is joining the successful first edition of Mini Cuadros that was held 2017. Mini cuadros 2 is a “second edition”, continuing the theme of showing small works of art. All CdAC members will participate in this show in May. The exhibition will take place in Almuñécar in Annabel’s gallery „Espacio Creativo“. A very special add-on for this event: Annabel will offer some Mini Workshops during the time of the exhibition. We will soon publish the itinerary of these exclusive art classes. Each class will allow three participants only.
Lieuwke Loth, member of the Costa del Arte Collective and her Galeria Luz de la Vida are organising a vibrant dynamic art event in Cómpeta! This will be a great event to visit for you, with fantastic artists from many countries and a very interesting program for the visitors!!!
10 talented professional artists travel from different countries to the picturesque mountain village of Cómpeta, Málaga, Spain for the 4th International Art Symposium LUZ. They come from Poland, Italy, Denmark, The Netherlands, Japan, Cyprus and Albanie. While they come from different artistic backgrounds and speak different languages, each artist makes the journey to Cómpeta to share this exciting new experience with his fellow artists.
The concept of the symposium is to create, for a week, an environment where professional artists from all over the world can meet to exchange knowledge, techniques and ideas related to their chosen profession. It provides new connections and networks. The beautiful Spanish village Competa and the impressive nature of the natural park will definitly be inspiring for the artists! Some of them have never been in Spain.
The symposium is a public event using a location in the natural park where local people and art-lovers will be able to experience artists creating their own particular style in real time.
The visitor will be given a good insight into the daily work of a diverse collection of artists. Two times in the week there is a special offer of lunch and music in the Natural park. At the end of the week, Saturday 20th of October, all art works will be exhibited in the Galeria Luz de la Vida in Cómpeta!

Saturday the 13th of October at 12pm The International artists will introduce themselves in the gallery Luz de la Vida in Competa.
They will show pictures of their work and talk about their career as artists. Free admission.
Tuesday the 16th of October 11am – 5pm You can do a nice excursion to the natural park, 20 minutes drive from Competa. Enjoy loungy live music and see the artists-at-work. A tasty Thai lunch menu ‘Aloi’ will be offered from 2- 4pm. (20,00 p/p bookings: margal@me.com). Shuttle-service can be arranged. For the location see the map.
Thursday 18th of October 11am – 5pm You can do a nice excursion to the natural park, 20 minutes drive from Competa. See the artists-at-work. A tasty Indonesian Lunch menu will be offered 2-4pm from 2- 4pm. (17,50 p/p bookings: margal@me.com).
Saturday the 20th of October at 12pm Inauguration & celebration of the Symposium LUZ Art Exhibition in galeria Luz de la Vida! Artists are present.
